Fred Barnett

After going to high school at Rosedale (MS), Barnett attended Arkansas State University. Barnett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 8 year career. Most people believe that 1994 was Fred Barnett's best year, as he hauled in 78 receptions, had 1127 receiving yards and caught 5 TD passes.

Mike "Scooter" McGruder

Mike "Scooter" McGruder was an American football player in the National Football League. He played in Super Bowl XXXI with the New England Patriots as a cornerback. He played a total of 12 years of professional football in the NFL and CFL. He began his professional career after being a four year starter at Kent State University. McGruder was team football captain his senior year and 2 year captain of the track team at Kent State University. Scooter was among league leaders being tied for third in the NFC with 5 interceptions in 1993 while playing with the San Francisco 49ers. McGruder was a finalist for the NFL Bart Starr Award in 1997. "Scooter" McGruder was voted one of the best names in the NFL.

Seth Joyner

Seth Joyner was born in Spring Valley, NY and attended the University of Texas - El Paso on a football scholarship. Joyner was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 8th round of the 1986 NFL Draft. He was actually cut in training camp, but the Eagles resigned him later in the season. Joyner played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles (1986-1993), Arizona Cardinals (1994-1996), Green Bay Packers (1997), and the Denver Broncos (1998). Joyner's unique combination of strength and quickness allowed him to excel in all defensive statistical categories and propelled him to three Pro Bowl accolades; being selected in 1991, 1993, and 1994. In one Monday Night game in 1991 against the Houston Oilers, Joyner, playing with a 102-degree fever, recorded eight solo tackles, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and two sacks. He was named NFL Player of the Year by Sports Illustrated that very same year and received runner-up honors for Associated Press NFL Defensive Player of the Year, while a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. He won Super Bowl XXXIII as a member of the Broncos in 1999, which turned out to be his last game. Seth is one of only nine members in the 20/20 Club for interceptions and sacks in NFL history.

Antoineo Harris

The Green Bay Packers in 2005 signed running back Antoineo Harris to the practice squad. Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations, announced the addition. Harris, a 5-foot-10, 220-pound player out of Illinois, originally signed as a non-drafted free agent with the San Diego Chargers before the 2003 season. After spending the 2003 campaign on the Chargers' injured reserve, Harris was out of football in 2004, then went to 2005 training camp with the Chicago Bears. His first name is pronounced "an-TONE-ee-oh." The second-leading rusher in Illinois history after his senior season, Harris racked up 2,985 yards on 676 carries. He set the single-season school mark with 1,330 yards on the ground in 2002.

 

Larry Brown

Larry Brown, Jr. (born November 30, 1969 in Miami, Florida) is a former American football cornerback in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys and the Oakland Raiders. He is most known for being named the MVP of Super Bowl XXX. He was the first cornerback to win the award and the first defensive back since 1973. In that game, Brown's two interceptions of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Neil O'Donnell helped lift the Cowboys to their third championship in four seasons. The award and acclaim he received was especially poignant considering the tragic death of his young son earlier in the season. Brown was a starting cornerback on all three championship teams. Brown became a free agent immediately after his MVP performance and used his award as leverage to gain a lucrative contract with the Oakland Raiders. After playing just 12 games in two years for the Raiders, he returned to Dallas for the 1998 season, which would be the last year of his playing career. He retired with 14 career interceptions, which he returned for a total of 210 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also recorded 2 fumble recoveries. Currently, Brown is a co-host of Countdown to Kickoff on Sports Radio 1310 The Ticket, the flagship station of the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network.

 

Solomon Page

Solomon was a top draft pick in only his junior year out of West Virginia. The 6'6 and 395lbs Solomon quickly became a starter in the NFL. He was a member of the magnificent five that became one of the most dominate offensive fronts in the NFL. Stared for the Dallas Cowboys for 5 straight seasons. Solomon is versatile and can play any position on the line. He is know for is strength and quickness. He was with San Diego in 2004. Houston Texans and the Buffalo Bills were interested in signing him for the 2005 season. Solomon is currently coaching at West Virginia , Div- I in the Big East conference. He has been a Making of Champions coach for 3 years. He also gives personal and private instruction to young lineman, while helping them train he assist with their improvement to advance to the next level. He loves helping people especially younger players that are willing to work hard at achieving their goals.

Darryl Gooden

Darryl Gooden was born and raised in a single parent home in Shelby, Mississippi with 15 siblings. At an early age Darryl decided not to let that stop him from succeeding in life and helping other succeed. He enrolled at the Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee and obtained his Bachelor's degree in Sociology. There he was involved in several programs including but not limed to the ROTC Program , the Multi-Cultural Club, and became a Kodak All American football player. Mr. Gooden was then was drafted into the Canadian Football League for 4 years and then came back to the states to play for 2 years with Arena Football League. During his professional football career he was involved in the Board of Directors of many charitable organizations and was also involved in the Big Brother Big Sister program, Open Arms Care, The greatest AZ city Dads, and many other programs geared towards assisting at-risk youth. Mr. Gooden is also an educator, and motivational speaker at many Indian reservations in Arizona. He has also worked in the Arizona Gaming industry, as a casino host, and professional game dealer for Blackjack and Poker. Currently, Mr. Gooden spends his time growing his businesses including promotion and advertising silk screening, designing, and fundraising. When he is not an entrepreneur he is a man of God, always eager to help those less fortunate and spreading God's divine message. He currently resides in Arizona with his wife and five children that give Mr. Gooden the motivation to succeed every day, and is an active participant in the lives of his children.

Todd Howard

David Todd Howard was born February 12, 1980; in Rockford, IL ... Todd is single and lives in Bolingbrook, IL, during the off-season. Todd is a 1998 graduate of Bolingbrook High School, where he participated in football, basketball and track. He recorded 171 tackles and seven interceptions during his high school career also finished with 49 career receptions for 846 yards and 11 TDs. He owns school single-season records for punt returns for touchdowns (6), receptions (31) and touchdown receptions (7) named to Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times all-state teams as a senior also ranked as the 19th best player in the Midwest by the Detroit Free Press. He was named conference player of the year as a senior, also voted second-team all-conference in basketball as a junior, and named all-state in track (100 m and 400 m) as a sophomore, junior and senior. Todd also has been timed at 4.39 in the 40-yard dash. While at the University of Michigan he majored in sports management and communications. His cousin, Blaine Bishop, played for the Houston Oilers, Tennessee Titans and Philadelphia Eagles.
