Viott Vincent Mann Sr., Coach
Born: February 6, 1967 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Veronica L. Carter Mann. Married to Juanita, Children: Viott Jr., Anissa, Zack, Lynn, and Kyle

High School -First Team All District Ch4 WWL TV, and First Team Times Picayune Newspaper, Offensive Linemen of the year, all at the center position. Also played Basketball, Baseball and Track (Discus & Jalvin)

Aaron Fried, Head Trainer (ATC, LAT)
Graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. degree in Athletic Training. Finishing an Advanced Athletic Training Masters degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa. Currently in his second year as the Head Athletic Trainer at Glendale Community College in Glendale, AZ. Wife Sara Fried, ATC, LAT, is currently the assistant athletic trainer at Chandler High School in Chandler, AZ.
 
Andy R. Siegal, Coach
Asst. Head Coach/Offensive Coord/Receivers Coord & QBs Coach at College of the Sequoias (COS)
Alma Mater: Winona State / Southern Arkansas University
Andy Siegal, a veteran of 21 seasons as a coach, including 14 on the Collegiate level finished his fourth season on the College of the Sequoias staff. In the last 3 seasons his offenses have gained National attention and in 2005 they were ranked the # 1 Offense in the Nation. In 2006 and 2007 they again were in the top Ten in the nation. Over these 3 season his Offense has set or tied 34 School records and 2 Bowl Game Appearances. Prior to COS he was Asst Head Coach/Offensive Cord & Rec Cord at Dodge City Community College in Kansas. His Offenses twice were named #1 in the Nation (2002 & 2004) and two other times were ranked in the top 15 in the nation in 2001 and 2003.

Siegal was a All-State Linebacker at Deerfield High School in Illinois as well as a National Champion in Greco Roman Wrestling. He went on to play football at Winona State University and Hamline University in Minnesota where he also wrestled. He earned a bachelor's degree in education from Winona State and a master's degree from Southern Arkansas.

He began an extensive coaching career as a student assistant coach at Winona State University in 1987 and has also served as an Assistant Coach at Quincy University, Southern Arkansas University. In Addition he was Head Coach Three High Schools in Florida-Key West, Venice and Miami Coral Park as well as serving as an Assistant Coach at Dade City Pasco HS in Florida and Winona HS in Minnesota. Every program he was brought into was losing before he arrived and every program was able to become winning programs that went to the post season. He has also served as Guest QB Coach for the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League and as a Assistant Coach for the Tampa Bay Shockers of the Continental Football League. Siegal also has been honored in being Head Coach of 3 All Star Games (Down Under Bowl Fla vs Texas, Pal Bowl-Sarasota Co vs Mantee Co and the Bayou Bowl where he led the Louisiana All Stars vs Texas).

Siegal and his wife Miriam (a Elementary School Teacher) have three children. Daughter Taylor 5th grade (Volleyball player), and Sons Austin 3rd Grade (Football Player & Wrestler) and "Bear" Bryant who just turned 1 years old in September.

Darryl Gideon, Coach
Darryl has coached 8 seasons of football, including 3 on the collegiate level. This includes 3 years at a Junior College, and two on the high school side. Gideon began his career coaching the running back position at Compton Community College. That position got extended to Recruiting Coordinator and Tight-Ends Coach. Coach Gideon also served as a junior college liaison to several local high schools. After 3 years, he left Compton College for the university ranks to work for the University of California at Los Angeles. Next stop was Compton High School for two seasons. During his time at the University of California at Los Angeles, he served as a Volunteer Coach Assistant. Every program he has been a part of has seen an increase in wins during his tenure. Compton went to a college bowl in his last season. U.C.L.A was able complete the season with 10 wins and a bowl victory over Northwestern University. Compton high school was able to get to the second round of high school playoffs. Coach Gideon will be coaching the Wide Receivers for Team California. Coach Gideon currenty resides in Arizona. Gideon is single and has three nephews and two nieces. The boys are Aaron, Devon, and William. The girls are Delicia and Kamryn.

Chenelle L. Jones, Linebackers Coach
Chenelle is a native of Richmond, VA and a product of the highly competitive prep football Virginia is known for. He played both sides of the ball as starting DB, QB, and special team's player all four years of his career at Huegenot High School on Richmond's south side. As a senior, Chenelle was honored as the Richmond Quarterback Club's 1990 Player of the Year.

Jones followed up his prep football career by playing college football at Western New Mexico University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology in 1996 and a Masters of Educational Leadership in 2008. At WNMU, Jones was an All-American Defensive Back and National DII Statistical Champion (Interceptions).

In the years following his time at WNMU, Jones has coached 11 years of college football. He began his coaching career as a DB's coach at Dodge City Community College in Kansas, where for 5 years he coached several players on to successful Division I careers. Following his time in Kansas, Jones was asked to serve as Assistant Head Coach and DB's Coach for Bob O'Mera at Arizona Western College in Yuma, AZ. Chenelle spent 3 seasons at AWC helping to coach the Matadors to a ranking of 9th in the nation (2000), their highest national ranking they had achieved in decades. Many of his defensive players at AWC moved on to Division I schools, and players like Dwight Anderson, have had successful NFL careers. Jones' most recent college stint was at his alma matre, Western New Mexico University. Jones joined the team at WNMU as the Defensive Coordinator/Asst. Head Coach in 2003 and coached the Mustang defense to the top of the RMAC (Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference) rankings through the end of his tenure in 2007.

Currently, Jones has had the opportunity to serve at the helm of his own "ship" as the head coach at Safford High School in Safford, AZ. He joined the Bulldogs in fall of 2007, and recently finished his second season with a 7-3 season, ranked 8th in the state among the competitive 3A division, and hosted his first home playoff game. Jones and his wife, Laure, are the proud parents of 3 children: Jalen (13), Adian (9), and Anais (2). He currently resides in Arizona.

Coach Jones serves as the Defensive Coordinator and Coach the Linebackers for Team California.
John Trana, Running Backs Coach
Director of Football Operations,/Offensive Coordinator /Passing Game Coordinator
Alma Mater: Minot State
John Trana, a veteran of 8 seasons as a coach, he has been coaching the record setting offense for the Sandpoint Bulldogs for the past 4 years. Sandpoint's offense set several school records and finished the season with over 2100 yards passing. He helped 6 offensive players make the All Conference team this year including the Offensive Player of the year. John has won 5 Conference Championships and has coached in 15 playoff games including 3 Semi Finals and has won a State title in Colorado. He started his coaching career as an assistant coach at ThundeRidge High School in Colorado. In his coaching career he has helped 25 athletes move on to the collegiate level. He has coached 10 All State and 32 All Conference players. He specializes in working with Wide Receivers and Quarterbacks. John earned a Bachelor degree from Minot State University. He is happily married to his college sweetheart Heather who is the Senior Director of Accounting at Coldwater Creek. The family is completed with two dogs Maverick and Zeb.
John Trana will be coaching the Running Backs for Team California. He currently resides in the State of Idaho.
John Paredez, Jr., Coach
John has been Coaching for 13 years now. He has a wealth of football experience. Coach Paredez played High School Football and Wrestled @ South High School in Bakersfield, Ca. From there, Coach Paredez played his Junior College Football @ Porterville Junior College. Coach Paredez then was awarded a Football Scholarship to West Texas A&M University. Coach Paredez started his Coaching career right out of College @ West High School in Bakersfield, Ca. From there, he also made stops @ East Bakersfield High School, and Ridgeview Bakersfield High School. At the high school level, Coach Paredez served as the Offensive Line Coach, Defensive Line Coach, Linebackers Coach, Defensive Coordinator, and Special Teams Coordinator. During his time at these high schools in Bakersfield, he was fortunate enough to send two High School Players on Four Year Schools with Football Scholarships.

After Coaching High School Football in Bakersfield, Coach Paredez then started his College Football Coaching Career. His first stop was @ Dodge City Community College in Kansas with Team California Head Coach Andy Siegal. At Dodge City, Coach Paredez was in charge of the Tight Ends and On-Campus Recruiting. Coach Paredez then moved on to Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Iowa. At Ellsworth, Coach Paredez was in charge of the Offensive Line and Long Snappers. Coach Paredez also has on his resume two stints at Pasadena City College in Pasadena, Ca. At Pasadena, Coach Paredez served at the Tight Ends/Special Teams Coordinator. He was also the Recruiting Coordinator as well as the Four Year School Liaison. Coach Paredez has also coached at Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee. At Lane, Coach Paredez coached the Running Backs and Offensive Line. He also served as the Special Teams Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and NFL Liaison. Coach Paredez also is a former High School Head Football Coach in La Puente, Ca. and Lindsay, Ca. Coach Paredez now resides in Fresno, Ca. where he Teaches and does part time Scouting. Coach Paredez has a Girlfriend named Martha and a Daughter named Monica who lives in San Diego, Ca. Coach Paredez will be the Asst. Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach for Team California.
Ken Johnson, Coach

Former Arena Football player: won a championship this past year with the Crunch in the IIFA league.
Player on the St. Louis River Rage in the UIF.
Attended Mc Murry University and was All-American in track and Field in 2002
Married to Jamie Johnson with three children: Jordan, Jasmine, and Jayla.
